ManageNow Ltd provides tax advisory and accountancy services in Ireland.

Unless we tell you otherwise, Manage Now is the data controller for personal data we process in connection with client onboarding, service delivery, billing, legal compliance, anti-money-laundering checks, website enquiries and business administration.
In some limited cases, especially when processing payroll or bookkeeping data strictly on behalf of a client, we may act as a data processor under the client’s instructions. The applicable role may be confirmed in an engagement letter, data-processing agreement or written service terms.

17. Acting as Revenue tax agent
Where authorised, we may process personal data to act under TAIN 78172S and deal with Revenue on your behalf.

We may process personal data to prepare, review or submit Revenue, CRO, payroll, bookkeeping, financial, tax or company filings.

We do not use PPS numbers for unrelated purposes.

We do not normally request special category data. However, special category data may appear in documents you provide to us, for example payroll records, employment records, medical-related tax relief documents, legal records or other supporting documents.
Where special category data is processed, we do so only where permitted by law, where necessary for legal or tax purposes, or where explicit consent is required and has been provided.
25. Personal data about third parties
You may provide us with personal data about employees, directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, customers, suppliers, contractors, family members or other third parties.
You must ensure that you are legally entitled to provide this personal data to us and that any required notices or permissions have been provided.

28. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal, tax, accounting, payroll, company, AML, professional and regulatory obligations.
In general:
enquiry data that does not become a client file is kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up;
client files, accounting records and tax records are generally kept for at least six years;
bookkeeping records and supporting financial documents are generally kept for at least six years where required for tax and accounting purposes;
VAT, tax, audit, inquiry, appeal, claim or investigation-related records may be kept for longer where required until the matter is finalised;
payroll records may be retained for the period required by tax, employment, payroll and accounting laws;
AML identity and verification records are generally retained for the legally required AML retention period after the end of the business relationship, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law;
company and CRO records may be retained for as long as necessary for company, tax, legal or regulatory purposes;
complaint, dispute, audit, insurance or legal records may be retained for longer where necessary.
When records are no longer required, we securely delete, destroy or anonymise them.
29. How we protect personal data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:

restricted access to client files;
