Financial Statements

Financial statements are reports that provide information about a company's financial performance and position. They typically include three main statements: the income statement, the balance sheet and the cash flow statement. The income statement shows revenues and expenses over a period and calculates net income or loss. The balance sheet shows assets, liabilities and equity at a specific point in time. The cash flow statement shows how much cash the company generated or used during the period. Financial statements are important for investors, lenders and other stakeholders to assess a company's financial health, profitability and risks.
